이 영화는 시드의 아이디어일 뿐, 난 단지 카메라를 들었다. 시드는 강박관념에 사로잡힌 보스턴 테리어였는데 고무로 만든 돼기고기 조각을 흔드는 걸 행복해했다. 난 그와 함께 하는게 행복했다. <시드>는 프랑스 카메라인 16mm 볼류로 촬영했으며 영화속에 그림자 속에 잠깐 등장한다. 시드가 짖는 소리가 샤이의 음악과 함께 들린다. 

This film was really Sid’s idea, I was just the cameraman. Sid was an obsessive Boston Terrier whose idea of bliss was to be swung around on a rubber pork chop. I was happy to accommodate him. 

Sid was shot with a 16mm Beaulieu camera which can be seen in shadow at one point in the film. Sid can also be heard barking mixed into Shay’s music.
